U-12 Coach

Intermediate Coach

Intermediate coaching incorporates the following area of knowledge

  • Tactics
  • Conditioning
  • Psychological motivation.

Intermediate Coach must

  • Develop a proper attitude with their players.
  • Make each player feel important.
  • Make training enjoyable and rewarding for players.
  • Understand each player’s strengths and weakness.
  • Provide proper role model.

Advanced Coach

Players perform at a higher physical level and at a higher degree of intensity, requiring a greater
understanding of the game for the player and his/her coach.

  • Know how to develop players
  • Observe skills and evaluate players performance
  • Analyzing play and correct
  • Continue education
