    HOME TEAM

    Is listed first on the schedule. The home team SHALL:

        In case of conflict in jersey colors, change their jersey or wear pennies.
        Choose side of field to sit, unless otherwise designated.
        Provide the game ball.

    FIELD PREPARATION:

    Regions are responsible for painting of the fields. First teams playing shall assist in setting up goals, nets and corner flags. Field setup should be completed a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the first game of the day. Teams of the last game of the day shall assist regions with the breaking down of fields, unless instructed otherwise. (For Waipio Soccer Park, do not breakdown the fields as they will be used on Sundays)
     

    GAME NOTES:

    Games will consist of two 35 minute halves for U14’s and two 45 minute halves for U19’s. Substitution breaks (quarters) should occur at approximately midway through each half. The clock should not stop at the quarter breaks. Players shall remain on the field. Protests will not be allowed. Game cards shall be used to record player playing time, substitutions, game conduct and game results. Yellow and red cards issued to players and will be recorded and will accumulate toward the 2015 Section Spring Season.
     

    COACHING NOTES:

    The players registration forms with the parent’s original signature shall be in coaches possession at all games. Coaches shall be responsible for the conduct of his or her players and spectators. No one is allowed behind the goal line and corner flags. Remember to remain in your technical area (approximately the diameter of the center circle), respect all volunteers. Please remember to provide refreshments to the referee crew.
     

    REFEREE NOTES:

    Teams are responsible for providing certified referee teams for each assignment. Referee teams shall consist of one center and two assistant referees. In the event teams re not able to provide certified referees for their assigned games, coaches are encouraged to contact their region for assistance with their assignments. A referee’s report is required for any yellow or red cards issued during a game. The report shall be collected by the Regional Commissioner and a copy forwarded to the contacts below.
     

    GAME RESULTS:

    BOTH coaches shall be responsible for emailing game results (goals, cautions, ejections, etc) to the Division Age Group Coordinators (AGC)
     

    GAME CARDS:

    COACHES shall be responsible for completing their game cards to include Region name, coach's name, date, time, field location and home or visitor status prior to submittal to game officials. Recording of player substitutions by quarters shall be completed by the officiating team only. Game cards shall be passed on to next referee team. Last referee team at each field shall pass all game cards to the HOME team coach. HOME TEAM COACH shall mail all game cards to Age Group Coordinators (AGC)
     

    CANCELLED OR POSTPONED GAMES:

    In the event of unplayable conditions, regions shall contact Clyde Asato and all affected coaches as soon as possible. A confidential coaches list will be distributed.

    Coaches, parents and players should maintain proper conduct and promote good sportsmanship at all times. Please convey your thanks to the officiating team, the one set of volunteers whose primary goal is to ensure a fun, fair and safe game. Have a great season!

  • Purpose

    The purpose of this league is to give players in high school an opportunity to play and get exposure to high school level play in a non-competitive and fun environment.  This will allow them to also introduce themselves to their schoolmates and develop team unity.  The league will be a recreational--developmental league open to all high school teams, with no standings, and fair play a requirement. all games shall be conducted in accordance with the following guidelines or rules.

    1. Current FIFA laws of the game and decisions of the International Board.
    2. AYSO National rules and Section 7 rules and regulations.
    3. High school substitution and ejection rules  apply,  unless  noted

    League Director

    The League Director will have complete jurisdiction over all games played during the season.  All disputes will be resolved by the Director, with the concurrence of the Section Director.     Programs

    VIP (Very Important Players) are an integral part of Kirk Banks. On Sunday, they will meet our Kirk Banks guests. We are hoping for the Kirk Banks family,  Mr. Soccer, Jack Sullivan, Coach Bud Nagamine, her University of Hawaii players and assistant coaches, Lani Moo, Kawika and the staff and management of Meadow Gold Hawaii. 

    Please be sure to come and support our VIP players on Sunday morning on Field 5.

    2014 National Games

    This year, the games are taking place in Torrance and Riverside, CA - June 29 – July 7, 2014. Regional teams will set-up booths and sell a variety of foods to support their trips.
