Bring the 3 copies of the digitally completed registration form and copy of birth certificate or passport, if applicable. Saturday, March 30, 2013 - 9:00am to 1:00pm - Kailua High School Cafeteria Saturday, April 6, 2013 - 1:00pm to 4:00pm - Waimanalo District Park Saturday, April 13, 2013 - 9:00am to 1:00pm - Kailua High School Cafeteria Tuesday, April 16, 2013 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm - Kailua High School Cafeteria Saturday, April 27, 2013 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm - Kailua District Park, Multi-Purpose Room Regular Registration (April 28 to May 31, 2013 by mail only) Regular Registration Fee: $85 per Player (personal checks* or money orders only, do not send cash). Digitally completed registration, volunteer forms, payment, and copy of birth certificate or passport, if applicable, must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2013.
